Yogashop ships to customers in the Netherlands and the EU and works with PostNL:
Delivery time:
All orders placed and paid before 15.00 hrs will be shipped that same working day. This also applies to cash on delivery orders. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday.
TNT delivers the package usually within 1 or 2 days within the Netherlands. For delivery outside the Netherlands please count a few days extra.
Shipping:
* Mail within the Netherlands: For shipments that fit the mailbox, shipping costs are € 1.95.
* Packages within the Netherlands: 0-5 kg = € 4.95
5-30 kg = € 9.95
The exact shipping rate of a parcel over 30 kg will be stated during checkout before finalizing the order.
* Packages within Europe: Rates start at € 3.50, the exact shipping rate will be stated during checkout before finalizing the order.
* Cash on delivery: standard shipping rate plus € 7.50.
COD deliveries are only possible within the Netherlands.
* Of course you can come to our showroom in Eindhoven, to pick up an order yourself. We're open on working days between 1 and 5 pm. Of course no shipping cost will be calculated this way.
During checkout, the prices of products, tax and shipping are clearly stated. After completion you will receive an email confirmation of the order and the shipping costs again clearly stated.
Not at home?
TNT Post offers your order twice at the delivery address. If at both times you're not at home, the packet will be delivered to the nearest Post Office. There you can pick up the parcel (bring your ID).
View order and shipment status online
You can check the status of your order in your account. If an article cannot be delivered immediately, then you will receive timely notice.
Your order has the status 'sent', but you have not received it yet after a few days?
Contact us and we'll check with TNT where your parcel is.
