Retruns and Exchanges

If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to the return the product within 14 calendar days, this period starts on the day after you've recieved your order.
Please return the product in a new and unused stated and with if possible the original packaging. Please add the invoice to the parcel and state clearly on the invoice why the product is being returned and what you would like instead.
If the returned product is damaged or has traces on it that shows it has been used, the damage will be substracted from the refunded amount.
Clothing comes in resealable plastic wrapping.  It is possible to try it on at home and when size or color are not right return it to yogashop.

Would you like to exchange your product for some other product?

Please state on the enclosed invoice what product you would like to exchange for. Please write clearly the desired product name, size and color. Any differences in price will be settled. Once we have received your return parcel we'll exchange the products and send you the new items that same working day.

Would you simply like to return a product?

Please state clearly your account number plus correct name on the enclosed invoice. After we have received your parcel we'll transfer the amount to you as soon as possible. In most cases this will be within 1 or 2 working days, but within 30 days at the latest.

Shipping costs

The costs for returning items to yogashop are yours, unless we accidentally delivered you an item that you didn't order (in that case, please first contact us).
If we exchange products for you, we'll send the new items back to you at no additional shipping costs.
