This Love Generation black sticky yoga mat has a beautiful Sanskrit Mantra print on it in silver: "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu Ohm Shanti Shanti Shanti" meaning: "May all beings around the world be happy and free, Ohm peace peace peace". This mantra is printed exactly over the middle to help you find the right alignment and correct placement of hands and feet.

Use and Care

The Mantra yogamat wears in after use. You want to give your mat some extra grip from the start? Then wash it before first use with a degreasing agent such as detergent, natural vinegar, or shampoo. You can also scrub your yoga mat lightly with coarse salt and rinse it thoroughly under the shower. Then roll the yoga mat firmly in a towel and press out the excess moist there as much as possible, and leave the yogamat to air dray for a  a few days. Be careful with the print however, it is quite strong but it could get damaged while scrubbing.
