Why choose a meditation bench?

A meditation bench is by far the best solution for people who don't find it confortable to sit in cross legged position and prefer seiza sitting posture (with your knees forward and your feet backwards).

The  meditation bench has a slight slope to the front,  allowing your pelvis to tilt slightly so you can sit upright for longer periods of time without getting tired. There is enough room for your legs under the bench which prevents them from pinching or sleeping.

This meditation stool is suitable for people between 1.65 and 1.80 meters of height. If your body height is outside this range it might be a good idea to have a look at our meditation cushions. When tilted on one side a meditation cushion can also provide great support seiza sitting posture.
