This lightweight and supportive Manduka meditation pillow offers double-sided support - with one side filled with recycled cotton and polyester and the other side filled with organic buckwheat.

Use and Care

Remove outer microfiber cover from inner pillow. Machine wash on cold with like colors. Hang or tumble dry on low. Tumble dry on low recommended. Do not use dryer sheets or scented detergents.

The microfiber outer cover is made with The eQua® microfiber fabric (the same material as Manduka's bolsters), a recyclable synthetic material, designed for performance and durability.

The inner cushion is OEKO-TEX certified, made of an organic cotton cover with organic buckwheat filling on one side and recycled cotton and polyester filling on the other.
