Geweldige DVD. Kim Eng is een bijzonder mens. Het is niet eenvoudig om de "Qi flow" onder de knie te krijgen (voor mij tenminste) maar daarom heb je hier lang plezier van. De bewegingen zijn mooi en je wilt het ook kunnen. Omdat je zo gefocust bent op je lichaam vergeet je alles waar je je druk om maakt. UIt eigen ervaring kan ik zeggen: Prima tegen stress.
