Ray Long has been known for some time with his books "The Key Poses" and "The Key Muscles of Hatha Yoga." His books are often used in teacher trainings because the images give immediate practical insight to yoga anatomy, even for people who are not familiar with its terminology.
Ray Long MD FRCSC is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and the founder of Bandha Yoga.
