About Richard Freeman
Richard Freeman has practiced and taught Yoga since 1968. Nine years of his study and teaching were in India and Asia. A long-time student of K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, South India, he is currently the director of The Yoga Workshop in Boulder, Colorado.
