Yogashop ships parcels via PostNL, GLS, DHL and bpost.
Delivery Times
Orders for which we have received payment before 10:00 PM are shipped on the same working day. This also applies to orders where the payment method "Klarna Pay Later" or "Billink Pay Later" has been completed.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM or during the weekend are shipped on the next working day. PostNL generally delivers 98% of parcels within the Netherlands on the next working day.
- Shipping within the Netherlands: 1 working day
- Shipping to Belgium: 1 to 3 working days
- Shipping to Germany: 2 to 4 working days
Shipping Costs
Orders with a total value over €60 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
For orders under €60, shipping costs are €4.95 within the Netherlands and €6.50 to Belgium and Germany.
Shipping costs to other countries within Europe vary by country. During checkout, you can calculate the shipping costs by selecting the country of the delivery address.
Shipments to Switzerland
Please note that orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and customs clearance fees. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Check Your Order and Shipping Status Online
You can always check the status of your order(s) under "My Orders" in your account. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you in a timely manner.
Not at Home?
If you are not at home, the delivery driver will first try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours. If this is not possible, the delivery driver will leave a notification. The parcel will be offered for delivery again on the next working day.
After the first delivery attempt, you can also choose a different delivery time or location yourself. This can be done via the carrier's app or using the code on the notification left by the delivery driver. If you are not at home during the second delivery attempt either, the parcel will be taken to a parcel pickup point. You then have 1 week to collect it.
Delivery to a Different Address?
Of course, you can provide a different delivery address when placing your order, for example your workplace or someone else's address where someone can receive the parcel on your behalf. You can enter this alternative address during checkout.
It is also possible to have your parcel delivered to a PostNL or DHL pickup point (within the Netherlands).
Haven't Received Your Order?
If your order has the status "shipped" but you have not received it after 5 working days, please contact us. We will check the delivery status of your order with the shipping carrier. If something has indeed gone wrong with the delivery of your parcel, we will of course resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Orders
Yogashop delivers to a number of countries within Europe. Unfortunately, delivery outside Europe is not possible.
