Yogashop supplies customers in the Netherlands and the EU and works with PostNL, DPD, DHL & Bpost.
We try our best to ship orders for which we have received payment before 10 p.m. on the same working day. This also applies to orders paid with Billink and Klarna Afterpay.
Orders made after 10 pm or on weekends will be sent the next working day.
PostNL delivers 98% of the packages the next working day within the Netherlands and Belgium. For deliveries outside the Netherlands & Belgium, calculate one to three days extra delivery time. Shipments to Germany have a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Around the holidays, many carriers have a modified timetable.Take into account possible crowds and place your order on time.
- Orders above 40 euro will be shipped free of charge to Netherlands, Belgium and Germany!
- Mailbox Mail within the Netherlands: € 3,50
- Parcels within the Netherlands: 0 to 5 kg = € 4.95 / 5 to 30 kg = € 9.95
The exact amount for a heavier parcels will be stated clearly before finalizing the order
- Mailbox mail and packages within Europe: start from € 4.50, the exact amount is indicated clearly before finalizing the order.
Before completing your order the shipping costs will be clearly stated in your check out overview. After finishing you will get an email confirmation of the order and there the shipping costs will be clearly stated again.
View order and shipment status online
You can always check the status of your order in your account. When the shipping of your order is delayed for some reason we will always timely notify you by email.
Not at home?
If you are not at home, the deliverer will first try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If this fails, the deliverer will leave a message. The next working day it will come again with the package.
You can also choose a time or place after the first time. This is possible with the code on the message that the package deliverer leaves. If you are not home the second time, the package will be brought to a package point. You then have 2 weeks to collect the package.
Outside the Netherlands the procedure is dependent on your local Postal Services.
Of course you can also enter a different shipping address in your your order. For example your work address, or the address of someone that can receive the parcel for you.
Haven't received anything yet?
Has your order been shipped but you haven't received anything within 5 business days after the day of shipment? Please contact us and we will trace the delivery status of your order. If there is indeed something wrong with the shipment of your parcel we will solve it as soon as possible for you.
Yogashop delivers to selected EU countries. Unfortunately we don't ship to countries that don't appear in the dropdown at the checkout.
