This large yoga block, sometimes also called yoga brick, is an indispensable tool for yoga exercises. It helps to strengthen, stretch and balance your body. In some poses, it increases the reach of your arms and in others, it provides extra support to prevent injury.

It differs per yoga style whether and how yoga blocks are used. In one style they are indispensable, as for example in Iyengar Yoga or Restorative Yoga. In other styles, they are only used in the 'beginners phase', think for example of Vinyasa Flow or Poweryoga.

Yoga blocks made of foam are, compared to cork yoga blocks, a bit lighter in weight. They are also a bit softer, which is nice when you use them to support certain joints, e.g. back or knees.

This LG yoga block is designed with three different sides, and not without reason: this way you can tilt your block in three ways. This gives you a choice of three different heights so you can vary the amount of support you need.

In the beginning, you will often choose the highest position, but over time, make sure to try a lower position as well....  practice practice and all will come, and who knows, you might end up not needing your yoga block at all for some poses!

Measuring 22,4 x 15,2 x 7,7 cm and weighing 200 grams, this block provides solid support for various yoga poses. The material is lightweight, flexible and shock-absorbent, hard-wearing and odourless. Moreover, it is free of toxins, phthalates and formaldehyde and free of latex.

The rounded corners provide extra comfort and the high density ensures more stability. The good grip, even when perspiring, makes using this yoga block even more comfortable. Maintenance is easy, just clean with a damp cloth.
