Rubber is sensitive to moisture and heat. Therefore, this mat is less suitable for hot yoga.

The color may change over time. That is normal. You slow down this process by regularly cleaning the mat lightly with a damp cloth and protecting it from direct sunlight.

Do you want to enjoy your eco yoga mat for as long as possible? After use, let the mat air dry flat, out of direct sunlight. Only roll it up when it is completely dry, with the colored side facing outwards, and store the mat rolled up. Do not fold the mat.
