The original Liforme yoga mat with fantastic grip!
The unique alignment print on the mat ensures that your hands and feet are always in the right place, regardless of your height. Thanks to the alignment, you stand more stably and are better aligned because you better understand where to place your hands and feet and how to correct this. This also helps prevent injuries.
Liforme yoga mats are made of natural rubber and have a top layer made of specially designed polyurethane (PU). Both are fully biodegradable and sustainably produced materials.
The Liforme mats have an open cell structure on the top, which means that moisture is absorbed quickly and evaporates easily, keeping your mat super grippy and ensuring you always stand safely and stably, even during an extra sweaty Hot Yoga class.

Use & Maintenance
For gentle cleansing after every 5-10 uses
- Dilute a drop of dishwashing liquid in sufficient water and apply evenly over the entire surface of the mat with a soft sponge or cloth.
- Let it soak in for 30 seconds and then wipe off with a clean, damp sponge or cloth.
- Let the mat dry lying flat. Avoid drying the mat in direct sunlight, as the mat is biodegradable and therefore light-sensitive.
- Roll up the mat with the colored side facing outwards and store it in a room at room temperature.
For a thorough cleaning every 3-6 months
If you exercise very intensively, in a heated environment, or if you use the Liforme Mat for an extended period, it may be necessary to perform a deeper cleansing.
Liforme recommends using a highly diluted solution of water with baking soda or white vinegar. Simply wipe this solution over the surface with a soft sponge or cloth and let the mat dry flat.
- Cleaning sprays and sprays containing essential oils are not recommended because they can damage the mat.
- Due to the absorbent (and hygienic) materials used for Liforme yoga mats, the natural oils from your skin can cause stains on the surface of your yoga mat over time. Try to avoid practicing on the mat with freshly applied oily creams or massage oil, as these can cause stains.
