Use & Maintenance

• For regular cleaning
  Use a soft, damp sponge with a small amount of yoga mat cleaner. Distribute this evenly over the mat, let it sit briefly (about 30 seconds), and wipe off with a clean, damp cloth. Let the mat dry flat, out of direct sunlight.
• For storage and protection
  Allow the mat to dry completely after each practice before rolling it up. Roll up the mat with the colored side facing outwards and store at room temperature. Avoid creases to prevent damage.
• For a thorough cleaning
  With intensive use, you can clean occasionally with a highly diluted solution of water and a mild natural cleaning agent. Avoid harsh cleaning agents or sprays containing oils, as these can affect the performance of the mat.

Due to the absorbent and natural materials, slight signs of wear or discoloration may occur over time – this is a normal and natural process associated with a durable yoga mat.
