Relax in Meditation

The Love Generation Meditation Cushion is easily adjustable in height. You adjust the amount of filling in the pillow to your height, flexibility and meditation position. The pillow is filled with buckwheat chaff according to the Zen tradition. This natural material adapts to the structure of your body so you sit very comfortable. The result is that you will suffer less from your back, neck and groin. You can relax better and be in meditation longer and deeper.

Super soft velvet feel

For your comfort, Love Generation opts for as many natural materials as possible. The outer cover of the meditation cushion is made of super soft velvet. Unbleached cotton has been chosen for the inner cover.

Both covers can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees. Preferably wash with similar colors and do not tumble dry.

Practical to use and maintain

Unique to the Love Generation Meditation Cushion is the sturdy zipper all the way around. You open the cover as if it were a lid and simply take the inner cushion in and out. It is therefore a small effort to wash the outer cover. The zipper tab is neatly and safely hidden behind the wide carrying strap.

Use of the meditation pillow

A meditation cushion offers you support while meditating. It ensures that your hips are higher than your knees. This tilts your pelvis slightly forward and relieves your back. Good posture encourages good breathing.

Sitting position

The cushion supports the cross-legged position at various heights. Or the Seiza pose - with your knees forward on both sides and your feet flat back, for this you use the meditation cushion on its side.

Adjust height

The pillow is delivered fully filled. You determine the ideal height yourself by simply removing the filling from the inner cushion. Most people choose a height between 12 and 15 cm. People who are more flexible or smaller fill the pillow to a height of 10 cm. You can top up with the filling that you removed, but also with some dry rice.
