On this Manduka cotton yoga mat you'll practice the traditional Indian way. The yogamat is woven from 95% recycled cotton.

A cotton yogamat is especially recommended for Power Yoga, Ashtanga, and other hot yoga styles because the cotton mats absorps moisture and thereby provides extra grip. The cotton yoga mat can be used on top of a regular yogamat (recommended on slippery or cold floors), but it can also be used simply used on the floor.

Tip! Moisten your cotton yoga mat a little bit with a spray bottle to start your first sun salutation with optimum grip.

Machine washable for easy cleaning. Wash separately in cold water before use. Colors may fade or bleed; handle it with care and never place a wet rug on a wooden floor. Hang to dry.
