What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga is a flow yoga style inspired by Ashtanga Yoga and Power Yoga. With Vinyasa yoga you go from yoga pose to yoga pose, where your breathing plays an important role. The difference with Ashtanga yoga is that with Vinyasa yoga there is no fixed series or order of the yoga postures.
